Liz is the founder of Elizabeth Semion and Associates. She has more than 15 years experience in management and consulting in industries including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Behavioral Health, and Recruiting. She has an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) and did work early-on for Apple and other companies in Silicon Valley. After this portion of her career she felt there was one thing missing to have even greater impact - coaching executives and other individuals to reach the apex of their potential.
Liz has enjoyed supporting clients develop skills and tools that help them achieve outstanding results while doing business consciously and honoring themselves in the process. She achieves this by helping shine a light on who they are, their strengths, their goals etc. so that they can take actions while staying in integrity with themselves.
